The Palestinian terrorist campaign that begin more than six months ago continues with increasing and decreasing intensity. Prominent this past week were three stabbing attacks. With the deterioration of Hamas-Egypt relations after Egypt accused Hamas of involvement in the assassination of the Egyptian attorney general, Hamas sent a delegation of its senior figures to Cairo.

The Shooting and Stabbing Attack at the Nablus Gate in the Old City of Jerusalem Signals an Escalation in the Complexity and Daring of the Palestinian Terrorist Campaign.

On February 3, 2016, three young Palestinians carried out a combined shooting and stabbing attack at the Nablus Gate in the Old City of Jerusalem. A Border Policewoman was shot and killed, and another was critically wounded.
