Israeli security forces exposed a Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) cell planning to abduct an IDF soldier or Israeli civilian to be used as a bargaining chip. The Palestinian campaign to erect outposts in the Palestinian Authority (PA) continues.

A demonstration was held in the village of A’anin (in the Jenin district near the security fence) by Palestinians who initiated a display called the “Prisoners’ Village.” The prime minister of Malaysia paid a visit to the Gaza Strip.
