News of Terrorism and the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict (May 4 – 10, 2016)

This past week the IDF exposed another attack tunnel in the southern Gaza Strip extending into Israeli territory. This past week Palestinian terrorists carried out a stabbing attack in Jerusalem (two elderly women were injured) and a vehicular attack near the village of Dolev, northwest of Ramallah (three soldiers injured).

In Syria, the fighting in the city of Aleppo and its northern rural area has escalated over the past two weeks. In Iraq, ISIS increased its terrorist attacks in Baghdad, using suicide bombers. According to reports from Libya, after lengthy battles ISIS has been ousted from the area dominating the city of Derna.
