In Afghanistan, the series of attacks in ISIS’s Khorasan Province (Afghanistan/Pakistan) continued. This week, ISIS announced the establishment of its Kashmir Province in India, as part of the ultimate goal of establishing an Islamic Caliphate in the Indian subcontinent.
