Hezbollah continued attacking IDF posts and Israeli cities, towns and villages near the Lebanese border. On November 11, 2023, a summit meeting of Arab League leaders was held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, combined with an emergency summit meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
