The shipment is another example of Iran’s strategy of smuggling weapons, with Syrian collaboration, to the terrorist organizations.

In recent months two more Iranian attempts to ship weapons were exposed.

Their destinations were Hezbollah (August 2010) and Gambia, West Africa (July 2010).
