The Hamas government has recently conducted an extensive media campaign regarding the lack of fuel in the Gaza Strip and the worsening of humanitarian conditions. It has also threatened Israel and Egypt, warning that the Gaza Strip was ready to “erupt” and would do so if the blockade were not lifted.

The episode of the children’s program called “Brilliant Children,” broadcast by Hama s’s satellite channel Al-Aqsa TV on April 2, featured a puppet of a Palestinian child stabbing a puppet of American President Bush. Four wanted terrorists belonging to the Palestinian Islamic Jihad killed in Bethlehem

On March 12, 2008, four wanted terrorists belonging to the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) were shot dead in Bethlehem by the Israeli security forces. The four comprised the PIJ operative leadership in Bethlehem and were armed with rifles and pistols as the Israeli security forces attempted to arrest them.
