During Operation Cast Lead, improvised grenades probably manufactured by Hamas were found inside drug bottles.

The drugs were transported to the Gaza Strip from the Ramallah region within the humanitarian aid. Legally, it undermines the protection afforded to medical supplies and humanitarian relief under the laws of armed conflict.
