Muhammad Faraj al-Ghoul, the justice minister of the Hamas administration in the Gaza Strip, recently announced that Hamas would “very soon” submit its response to the Goldstone Report, a 52-page document containing the findings of a “committee of experts” established by Hamas for that purpose.
