This past week there was quiet in the western Negev and along the Israeli-Lebanese border. Articles in Egypt’s establishment press strongly attacked Hamas, accusing it of responsibility for the rocket fire at Eilat. According to media reports the Lebanese women’s ship Mar Iam was supposed to set sail from Lebanon to Cyprus on August 8.
