Argentina designates Hezbollah as a terrorist organization and freezes all its assets, joining other countries, led by the United States. That gives the Argentine government better tools to deal with Hezbollah’s activities in Argentina and Latin America.

On July 18, 2019, Argentina designated Hezbollah as a terrorist organization. The announcement was made two days after Argentine President Mauricio Mauri announced a list of terrorist organizations, institutions and operatives, enabling the Argentine authorities to take punitive steps against them. The announcement was made on the 25th anniversary of the bombing of the Jewish Community Center in Buenos Aires (the AMIA building ), July 18, 1994, at a time when high-ranking American officials, headed by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, were visiting the country.

Hezbollah maintains an extensive network of social institutions in the Shiite community in Lebanon which deal with healthcare, education, finance, welfare, and media. They support Hezbollah’s military infrastructure and serve as a means of disseminating Hezbollah’s ideology and strengthening its position among the Shiite community and in Lebanon in general.

The Gaza Strip-based Generosity Without Limit Association, affiliated with the Popular Resistance Committees terrorist organization, is supported by charitable organizations abroad. Some of the funds apparently find their way to the Popular Resistance Committees

Since 2007 a charitable organization has been operating in the Gaza Strip called the Generosity Without Limit Association (henceforth "Generosity Association"). It defines itself as a social-cultural association. An examination of the names of its senior activists clearly links it to the Popular Resistance Committees (PRC), a Gaza Strip-based terrorist organization.

Hamas once again calls on its supporters to donate to its military wing in Bitcoin

In early June 2019, Hamas once again called on its supporters to donate to its military wing in the virtual currency Bitcoin. The funds raised are intended to support the jihad waged by Hamas against Israel (which is described as the enemy of the Arab and Muslim Nation).
