Palestinian terrorist organizations and “charitable societies” identified with them make extensive use of the Arab Bank for transferring funds (Volume 2)

The following selection of documents deals with the transfer of funds by the Arab Bank to Palestinian terrorist organizations (Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad) and to “charitable societies” identified with them. A vast number of captured documents record the transfers of funds to one such Hamas-identified society in Tulkarm, which resulted in its being declared illegal by the Israeli authorities. Much of the money was transferred by the Arab Bank branch in New York, which is currently (October 2004) being sued by the families of the victims of Palestinian terrorism for the part it plays in channeling money to terrorist organizations. Additional documents show the transfer of funds by the Arab Bank from Syria to Palestinian terrorist operatives in the Palestinian Authority (PA)-administered territories.
